Shipping  

International shipping is not available at this time. We send all products via Australia Post with a tracking number. Please allow 3-7 days to receive your package but during peak periods i.e Christmas, postage & handling times could be slightly longer. Please note: Covid is causing delays in postage.  We ship all orders as standard at a flat rate of $9.30 Australia wide.  Free shipping is available for orders over $60. 

Good Bar Soap Co will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address. Check shipping information thoroughly before submitting your order.  

Returns & Exchange Policy   

Refunds 

If an item you have ordered reaches you in a damaged condition, please let us know immediately. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund on any damaged product returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in an unused condition. Quote your name and order number when emailing us. We will provide you with a returns address and make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered free of charge or send you a refund. Please be aware that we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in a non-saleable condition. 

Exchange is offered for change of mind, we do not offer a refund for change of mind. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase date via email hello@goodbarsoap.com.au with a description of product, brief reason and contact details.

Sale Items - Sale items are not subject to the refund and exchange policy (unless faulty)
